The process
How does the on-site printing process work?
We bring a fully mobile printing studio directly to your location. Our team arrives, inspects and preps the surface, prints your approved design in high definition, and does a final walkthrough with you before packing up. Most projects are completed in a single visit — no contractors, no return trips, no mess left behind.
Can you work in occupied spaces — like an open daycare or a busy medical office?
Yes, and we do it regularly. Our equipment is low-odor and produces no harmful fumes, so we can work safely around children, patients, and staff. We coordinate with you ahead of time to identify the least disruptive window — whether that’s early morning, after hours, or during a scheduled closure. Most installations don’t require you to shut down at all.
What surfaces can you print on?
We print on most standard commercial surfaces including drywall, concrete, brick, cinder block, tile, vinyl flooring, hardwood, and sealed concrete floors. During the consultation, we inspect your specific surfaces and confirm compatibility before any work is scheduled. If a surface needs special prep or isn’t suitable, we’ll tell you upfront.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most projects are completed in 4–8 hours on installation day. Larger multi-room or full-facility projects may be phased across two days to minimize disruption. From your first consultation to finished walls, the full timeline is typically 7–10 business days — including design, approval, and scheduling.
Design & approval
Do you offer design consultation, or do I need to bring my own artwork?
We offer full custom design as part of every project — no outside artwork required. After the consultation, our design team creates a concept tailored to your space, brand, and audience. You’ll receive a digital mockup showing exactly how it will look before anything is printed. If you do have existing artwork or brand assets you’d like us to use, we can absolutely work with those too.
What if I’m not happy with the design?
We don’t print until you love it — full stop. You’ll receive a digital mockup for review, and we offer unlimited revisions until the design is exactly what you want. There’s no extra charge for revisions, and no pressure to approve something you’re not completely satisfied with. The final print only happens when you give us the green light.
Can I see what the design will look like in my actual space before it’s printed?
Yes. Every project includes a digital mockup that shows your approved design rendered onto a photo of your actual space. This gives you a realistic preview of scale, color, and placement before a single drop of ink is applied. We find this step eliminates surprises and makes the final reveal even more satisfying.
Durability & maintenance
How long does a mural last?
Wall murals are rated for 10+ years under normal indoor conditions. Floor graphics are designed for heavy commercial foot traffic and typically last 5–7 years depending on usage. All prints use fade-resistant, UV-stable inks that hold their color over time. We also include a touch-up warranty on every project — 1 year on Accent projects, 2 years on Full Room, and 3 years on Full Facility.
How do I clean and maintain the printed surfaces?
Wall murals can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap — no special products needed. Floor graphics have a sealed, slip-resistant finish that’s easy to mop and maintain with standard commercial floor cleaners. We provide a simple care guide after every installation so your team knows exactly what to do.
What happens if the mural gets damaged or needs to be updated?
Minor scuffs and damage are covered under your touch-up warranty. For larger updates — like a rebrand, a new theme, or expanding into additional spaces — we can print over or replace sections of an existing mural. Many of our clients come back every few years to refresh their space or add new areas. Returning clients receive a discount on all future projects.
Logistics & pricing
What areas do you serve?
We serve businesses across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States, including Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. If you’re not sure whether we cover your area, reach out — we’re always happy to check and occasionally take on projects outside our standard service area for the right fit.
How much does it cost, and what’s included in the price?
Pricing is based on the size of the space. Accent projects (up to 50 sq ft) start at $800, Full Room projects (51–200 sq ft) start at $2,200, and Full Facility projects (201+ sq ft) are quoted custom. Every tier includes custom design, materials, on-site installation, and a final walkthrough. There are no hidden fees — your written quote covers everything.
Is the consultation really free? What’s the commitment?
Yes, completely free and with zero obligation. The consultation includes an on-site space assessment, a custom design concept, and a detailed written quote. You’re not committing to anything by booking a consultation — it’s simply the best way for us to understand your space and give you an accurate picture of what’s possible. Many clients book on the spot; others take time to decide. Either is fine.
